DTLS S.A. Logistics Center, with a total area of 20,000 m2, is located near the S3 North Gorzów expressway, 60 km from the A2 highway and 90 km from the German border.
The logistics center consists of a modern highstorage class A warehouse with an area of 12,000 m2, a maneuvering area of approximately 2,000 m2, and parking spaces for heavy-duty and passenger vehicles.
The northern side of the facility has 14 loading docks and an entrance gate, while the southern side of the building has 6 covered entrance/loading gates for vehicles such as courier vans and others up to 3.5 tons.
The building is equipped with modern sprinkler systems, fire protection equipment, smoke vents, skylights, CCTV monitoring, 24/7 security, Wi-Fi, and Access Points throughout the hall.

The warehouse allows for high stacking up to 10 meters net on dust-free flooring with a load capacity of over 5T/sqm. It is possible to build high-storage racks.
The DTLS Logistics Center also includes 4 modern tent warehouses, each with an area of 2000m2. These new facilities have reinforced flooring, fire-resistant pneumatic roofs, and dimensions of 80m x 25m x 5m sidewall, with a peak height of 9m. The facilities have 24/7 security.
